Buried deep within our psyche is a memory of a beautiful, calm Garden. It may have been an actual place, or it may be symbolic of the birthplace of humanity. Either way, our collective Spiritual DNA is imprinted with its wisdom. My intention is always to simplify complicated spiritual concepts. I am not a spiritual scholar, but I am a student of the Natural Way of Being. I embrace Albert Einstein's quote: "Out of clutter, find simplicity. From discord, find harmony. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity." I use images, symbols, and words to express my understanding of the world. This understanding is constantly evolving, transforming, and expanding.

The memory of this Garden resides in what I call the Higher Heart, the home of clarity, wisdom, and love. Energetically, it is found deep in the centre of the chest area (in the area of the Heart Chakra, but beyond it). The Garden was peaceful and balanced. The human race was created to allow Spirit to take on a physical form. This gave Spirit a playground in which to grow and expand.

Originally, humans were meant to have more than one DNA Blueprint. Two prominent ones were the physical one and the spiritual one. The body is born with a Physical DNA Blueprint. It matures and grows, and hormones change, among other things. This is a natural process. A simple definition of DNA from the NHGRI website is: Deoxyribonucleic acid (abbreviated DNA) is the molecule that carries genetic information for an organism's development and functioning.

Also, you were born with a unique Spiritual DNA. Our spiritual blueprints are designed to mature and grow in tandem with our physical bodies. Unfortunately, many have lost touch with this natural spiritual process, leaving empty holes and imbalances in their lives. Therefore, it leaves imbalances in our civilization and government. Without the Spiritual DNA Blueprint active in our consciousness, we experience fear and overwhelm.

The Underbelly of the Great Reset's Initiation

In recent months, many people have experienced unexpected and confusing health issues, including sudden fatigue, unexplained aches and pains, and emotional turmoil. Our bodies are recalibrating to new energies that have recently been activated. There is a deep yearning within us for a connection with Spirit, as our Spiritual DNA and Physical DNA are drawn together in a magnetic dance. Often, the Spiritual DNA seeks to uplift and open the Physical DNA, allowing both to merge and create a feeling of completeness.

You may find that sleep patterns change, and you are in a state of unrest. It is crucial that you finally let go of what no longer serves you. This could be toxic relationships, negative thought patterns, or unhealthy habits. There is no wiggle room here. It's time, as this Full Moon fuels the fire to move forward and take action. Anything that hinders this must go. It is a time for embracing the truth of your life and identifying what is toxic and what nurtures you. The Higher Heart is where your spiritual and physical DNA converge.

To begin this journey, you must be willing to see the truth, not as you wish it but as it is. Have the courage to start making the changes that you know need to happen. Let go of the concept of perfection and flow with your Highest Good. The Higher Heart beats with love and determination. You can do this!
