I have been feeling overwhelmed. Lately, I have had the honour and pleasure of connecting with beautiful Higher Energies. They have engaged with me and offered to support me in expanding my awareness of the 5D world now being assembled. And I wish to pass this information and energy to other aware souls. But the enormity of what is happening on our planet at this sacred time sometimes crushes me, and my feeling of unworthiness gets triggered.

An emotional and beautiful moment happened when the Higher Energies compassionately communicated that I must do the best that I can, no more, no less. If I am to teach, then I need to learn how to be taught. I wanted to send healing to the hot spots of transformation happening in our world now. But my energetic reach is limited at this moment. They lovingly assure me it is fine to do only what my energy level allows. They have approached me because of my soul's desires rather than my present ability to make a difference. My energy levels create a map to my destination; what I perceive as low energy is actually an indicator of the next step. The blueprint of my 5D existence has already been created. And I must trust and follow this blueprint, step by step. I felt an unconditional love that I had never experienced before.

Feeling unconditionally loved is the greatest gift I have ever received. What is unconditional love? I can say only that in the beautiful moment of feeling it, I transformed. It felt beyond unconditional acceptance, because it was also full of support and guidance. I felt totally supported in a way that I hadn't been before. Truthfully, at my stage of awareness, I don't know if I could give this wonderful gift to another. But I can continue to pass on the sacred wisdom and knowledge that is given to me.

The Higher Realms wish me to tell you that they look at your soul's desires rather than your accomplishments and achievements. Having a sincere heart and loving soul is enough to start building your own 5D version of living. The ego loves to trigger insecurities in aware souls because then it can retain control over your consciousness. The Higher Energies are here to support and love you unconditionally. You will be nudged when necessary but comforted during the low moments.

Deep within the shadow that exists in your heart lies much treasure. The key to the treasure is the willingness to embrace your most uncomfortable and painful emotions. What lives in the darkness can be transformed by light and acknowledgement.

Every time you are triggered is an opportunity to invite the Higher Energies to assist in clearing and uplifting. But you must ask for Divine Assistance. Don't beg for help but, instead, ask for aid. Specifically ask. Everyone has their own definitions and names for the Divine. Use the directory that your heart resonates with. And if you are not sure who to ask, use the words Higher Energies or the Higher Realms. This is beyond praying; it is creating a strong spiritual dialogue. Once you ask, you must be willing to "hear" and follow the guidance.

It is the way of 5D Divine Communication. And always show gratitude. A simple, sincere Thank You is sufficient. You don't need to use dramatic gestures to speak to Divinity. Sometimes, unnecessary drama robs the heart of sincerity and focus. Deep, genuine emotions and tears are intense enough; you don't need to add dramatic color to the exchange. In other words, keep it real. Pain is real; sometimes the truth of a situation can be humbling, but be willing to explore the guidance given. 5D takes courage and commitment.

To experience deep joy, one must be willing to go

through the fire of sorrow.

Truth is not easy. Your ego blocks what it can't control and will create an alternate reality to mask what will set your heart free. Birth is often painful but beautiful. And you are ready to birth a truth that will fill you with power, knowledge, and painful memories. The Power of Freedom comes at a price, yet many of you are willing to pay. And we support you on this journey. Your dark spots are beacons of power which hold wisdom and joy. Sensitivity is a gift of power, not of weakness. Those who carry victim karma also hold golden energy in their souls. When the victim transforms, golden energy is released. Truth is not easy, but it is necessary in your world now. Before you explore an Outer Truth, embrace Inner Knowingness. As you reclaim your power, become the transformed victim radiating a Golden Ray of Forgiveness. Be Golden. Be Beautiful. Be Strong.
